Absolutely! Seriously. You can ask as many tasks as you want. A task is defined as a single job, which we will finish and deliver to you and then begin your next task. You can ask for as many revisions as you want, and we will keep sending you newer designs. (Revisions are treated as new tasks).

We work by a queuing service, meaning that we’ll process each request individually and will not progress to the next request until the current one is 100% completed.

You or your business does! Once you accept your design, it’s all yours. All the work we do is 100% original. You can use it as often as you want and whenever or wherever you want. Our services are created for individuals, businesses or agencies that need graphic design service for their own use or on behalf of their clients. We do not allow to resell our work on online forums such as fiverr.com, istock.com and similar.

Yes as you own all rights to the work, you can resell it as you see fit to your clients. If anything, this would be perfect to pick up the smaller pieces of work to free up bigger projects for your team.

To ensure the quality of work, we require at least 1 business day to complete a task. You can put in a request to have the design completed urgently which we will try our best to adhere to but if your requirement is an immediate turn around we might not be able to meet this deadline.

Our plans include free and paid stock photos with standard licensing in your designs. This means we may purchase stock photos from paid stock photo services like Shutterstock on your behalf to be used in your designs. However, this excludes stock photos that require editorial, premium, enhanced or extended licensing for your design requirement. If you choose to use photos outside the standard licensing terms, you need to purchase the photo first before we can include it in your design.

In some occasions. Each design request is subject to approval. Sometimes a design request may contain multiple requirements that can’t be done under an hour. When that’s the case, we’ll let you know so you can break it down into multiple jobs. We’ll work on them one request at a time. Sometimes a design request can be very complex and can’t be broken down into multiple jobs. These are the jobs we can’t support.

We don’t offer any copywriting services as a part of our graphic design service. If your design contains any text, you must provide the content to us. You are responsible for any errors after your task approved. However, we’ll do our best to catch any spelling or grammar mistakes and possibly provide suggestions.

If you found your subscription not useful, changed your mind or simply don’t like our work, you can cancel your subscription within the first 7 days of subscribing. Just log in to your account and cancel your subscription within the first 7 days. After you cancel, use our contact form to request a refund. Remember that if you accept your design, we cannot offer you a refund even though you cancel your subscription within the first 7 days.
